How do I
place an order?
You can send us an email with the products you're interested in. Once our operator receives the email , the operator will then give you a call to confirm what you're ordering and to answer any questions you may have.

How can I make a Payment
Once the operator contacts you to confirm your order. He or she will confirm how you can pay for your products so that we may ship it out to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit card payments at the moment.

Secure Ordering
& Shipping Options
Your order will be shipped immediately after payment is confirmed. Your product is shipped as you select. You may elect to have Express Shipping, Regular Shipping or Priority Shipping, You may also elect to have Protection on the shipping of your package. This is especially so when ordering internationally. We are situated in Las Terrenas, Samana in the Dominican Republic. This is all discussed when our operator calls you to confirm your order.

Returns
& Refunds
We stand behind our products. That's why we have gone public to introduce our products tot the rest of the world. If you have selected Shipping Protection and your product arrived damaged. Please return it so we may replace it. Please take a picture of the condition the package arrived in and send it to our returns department immediately. This way we can validate your claim and expedite the shipping of your replacement order.
If you used our product for a period of 60 days and you are not seeing results or are not satisfied. Please return the un-used portion of the products for a portion of your refund.
